Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in ForgeSOP. This policy explains when refunds are available for our subscription plans.
1. Subscription plans
ForgeSOP is offered on monthly and annual subscription plans. Fees are billed in advance for the upcoming billing period. You can review your plan and billing history at any time from your account settings.
2. 14-day money-back guarantee
New customers may request a full refund within 14 days of their first paid charge if the Service does not meet your needs. To qualify, contact us within the 14-day window from the date of your initial payment.
3. Renewals
Subscription renewals are not automatically refundable. To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel your subscription before the renewal date. Once a renewal is processed, the charge applies for that full billing period.
4. Annual plans
Annual plans may be cancelled at any time and will not renew at the end of the term. Except for the 14-day guarantee on a first purchase, annual fees already paid are non-refundable for the remainder of the term, but you keep access until the term ends.
5. How to request a refund
- Email hello@forgesop.com from the address on your account.
- Include your account name and the reason for the request.
- We aim to respond within 3 business days.
6. How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
7. Exceptions
Refunds may not be available where the account has violated our Terms of Service, or for usage-based or one-time charges that have already been delivered. We review each request in good faith.
